ok so I need your help

for leavers dinner, I want to wear these trousers and black braces… I just don’t know what design shirt I should go for - plain, patterned etc… I want to look smart enough to not wear a jacket, yet casual enough that I could wear that outfit to go into town in later… 

Plus I want to look the best.
